It is one of the extension centers of BIT, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was in the initial stages of admitting engineering students then, back in 2005. Wwe were only the second batch, and only CS and ECE branches were available. Infrastructure was less, but labs and faculty were reasonably good and classes were regular and disciplined. During our tenure, we could also initiate and enjoy some technical fests, cultural and sports activities. The admission was on the basis of 12th percentage + AIEEE rank and overall the crowd was good.  The degree given was from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi and the examinations were also conducted from there.Placements were carried out both in Jaipur campus and through BIT, Mesra main campus. All students were well-placed. I got placed in Accenture and Aricent, however, I decided not to join as I was aspiring for higher studies.

Indian Railways is the one of the biggest employers of the world, and everybody is familiar with this organization. The job is challenging and hectic, and it is a matter of pride to be a part of such a big and unified organization. However, running the wheels at such a large scale is neither easy, nor flexible.People who like taking problems head-on, and have the courage and will to invent and apply practical solutions to problems should opt for this.

Not quite clearly remember the questions, but they asked about pdf and cdf, properties of the two functions, etc.
